Spiderman 3 and Venom rumors

The Watcher:
the guy that plays Cyclops is out since he's in the new Superman movie and FOX aren't gonna let the actors do both. The guy who plays Iceman in xmen also got offered a role, but FOX wouldnt let him do it so he's definitley in. so far all thats in is;
wolverine (hugh jackman is also part director & producer)
jean grey/phoenix

AS far as anyone knows the story will be heavily on the whole Phoenix thing. No word yet if that means that Mr. Sinister will be in the movie also. Although he kicked major ass in the original story.
The Watcher:
they don't even have a script yet, and they're still deciding on what the story will be about .. ofcourse juding by the ending of xmen2 you'd think the phoenix saga, but theyve said many times that the movies wont be fully based on the comics & wont have the same continuity .. for all we know they could turn jean grey into a giant character from sesame street ..
