...but to use something like albinoism which is a genetic anomaly is crazy stupid...
Quote from: -Euthanasia- on February 14, 2005, 06:45:42 AMi realize that anthroplogists say that the genus Homo originated in Africa, but i dont know why you are trying to mock white people for adapting to the climates and environments they emmigrated to.Mock? I was pointing out.

LOL @ all white people are Krondon's.Another way you can tell is that people of African decent have more diverse features than Caucasians, because they have been around longer and had the opportunity to mutate more.

This albino theory can't be trueOk, as said before Max, albinism is a genetic anomaly. Plus it's recessive, which means that two albino parents can't have a non-albino child. If a group of albinos had lived and had children only among themselves, all would be albinos. If a non-albino impregnates an albino woman or vice versa, there's two possibilities:1. The child is an albino cause the father has the gene, only merely in one of the two spots on his chromosomes so it doesn't show cause it's recessive2. The child is not an albino, but then, going from your theory, since the father can't be light-skinned without being an albino the child will come out very darkhowever, in europe there are various types of people. what about the light-skinned ones with brown hair, those with dark blonde hair, those with red hair, those wit pale skin but brown eyes........I got black hair and brown skin, still I'm not black and same goes for millions of europeans. All that seems to make little sense going from the albinism theory; people with a genetic anomaly can't adapt to the circumstances and become Sicilians with dark skin and Scottish with pale skin, they pass the anomaly on to their children who will look the same. And, once again, it is impossible for two albino parents to have a non-albino child
In ocular-cutaneous albinism, individuals inherit an "albinism gene" from both parents. Where an individual receives one albinism gene and one normal gene, that person will not show outward signs of the condition, but will become a carrier of the recessive gene. Where two carriers of the recessive gene have a child together, that child will have a one in four chance of receiving two albinism genes, and having albinism. The child will have one in four chances of getting neither albinism gene, having normal pigment, and not being a carrier. The child has two in four chances of getting one normal and one albinism gene, having normal pigment but being a carrier. The incidence of carriers in the British population is approximately 1 in 50.
