I'm sure that most professional athletes use something illegal or have at one time or another.  I don't really care so much about whether they did or didn't, just the fact that everybody lies and then comes out later irritates me.  In Sports illustrated  two weeks ago they showed a comparison of a book Jose Canseco wrote back in the 80's and compared to the new one and he contradicted himself throughout. 

I think McGwire used something to get bigger and stronger, but I don't know if it was illegal.

the reason why canseca did that is because he was a player with a future in the 80's and risked loosing everything now he's a roid head with no future and has nothing to lose.
