The Team - Negro League

Now THATS an Underrated/Slept On West Coast gem! Something tells me, if they were from L.A., as opposed to The Bay, they'd get TONS more attention.

I couldn't disagree with u more. I thought The Way I am was probably the biggest piece of garbage I ever spent money on. Straight Westcoastin, Bad Intentions, and the Knocs Landin album were tight as hell, but this was a HUGE disapointment. I remember going to Best Buy on my way to the gym to scoop up the album, and when I put the CD in my stereo I thought I was trippin. I was like this CD can't be this horrible. No disrepect to Knocturnal cuz he does have tight material, but this CD was garbage from beginning to end. Nobody out here in LA was bumpin that crap. I take that back.......maybe his boyz in Wilmington and Hawthorne but that's it! Nobody that wasn't affiliated with LA Confidential bumped that CD.

right. some great tracks like "the way i am", "what we do", "peepin tom", "watch out". he should have released these unreleased tracks like "what they say" (f/ bad azz), "la confidential" (f/ slip capone), "doin the most" or "all about the doe" (great track)
