Snoop was just interviewed by Westwood in the UK...
« on: February 26, 2005, 03:06:50 PM »
He wasn't really saying anything we haven't heard before. There were a few interesting moments though: he's about to go back into the studio with Pharrell to record the follow up to ''R&G''. He also said something along the lines of the next album will be strictly ''Gangsta'', as opposed to ''Rhythmn & Gangsta". I didn't get too excited though - how ''gangsta'' can a Snoop and The Neptunes collaboration really get?? He also mentioned that he was interested in signing some UK talent, wants to come back and perform here, and touched briefly on the 'bottle' incident in Nottingham. He says that he thinks it was an accident, and some over-excited fans just got out of hand. Apparently, he couldn't go back on stage because his eye was swollen up!

Another thing that I found interesting: (some of you might already know this) he claimed his favourite track of all those that he has recorded is ''Murder Was The Case'', because ''its so real''.

That's about it really. If I remember anything else worthwhile, I'll add. :D
"Shit ain't all peaches and cream, and I ain't Sara Lee, bitch!" - Lloyd Banks

"I'm Morpheus in this Hip-Hop Matrix, exposing fake shit." - Common

"With consecutive platinum hits, I up my status. Ain't no more Calvin Broadus!" - Snoop

"Look at all these conscious rappers - guess who influenced them?" - KRS One

He also thinks that "Drop It Like It's Hot" is gangsta.  I'm pretty sure he's smoked one too many blunts.

Hittman is not a real person. He was a computer program generated by Dr. Dre and Mel Man back in the mid 90's. When Dre started treating Mel-Man like shit, Mel infiltrated the computer and put a virus in the hittman program

Yeah, Pharell verses is really gangsta, "whiter than what's spillin' down your throat" is as gangsta as it gets, I've heard Nelly tracks harder than that..

Snoop needs to (In order)
1. Hook the fuck up with Dre again
2. Fall the fuck out with Neptunes, P.Diddy, Nelly, Chingy, Justin Timberlake, and whoever is influencing his music nowadays.
3. Hook the fuck up again with Eastsidaz, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Fredwreck, Meech Wells, and whover used to make Snoop album sound actually dope.

^^^^ word.

lol @ snoop wanting to sign UK talent.  Snoop is great at dealing with artists he signs.  as we can tell with all the sucess of people like soopafly, kokane, latoya williams, e-white, and just about anyone else who was on dogghouse records.
