Alright my friends, please help me solve what has been plaguing me for over a decade.  What in the hell does Quik mean here:

What in God's name can this expression possibly mean?  Why would I put my nuts in someone else's pocket?  If I find someone's nuts in my pocket have I been horribly dissed?
