What would you say Snoop's biggest 10 singles are?
« on: March 07, 2005, 05:45:47 PM »
Speaking only about the singles that were released on Snoop's solo albums, how would you rank the top ten singles that he had released on the radio and had videos and all for? I'm not really askin what your favorite singles or album cuts were, but for what you felt was played the most and had the biggest impact. That means "Ain't no fun" and those songs don't count, I'm only goin by songs that had videos.
Here are the songs I can think of off hand that had videos..
Doggystyle:
Gin and Juice
Whats my name
Doggy Dogg World
(Murder was the case video was a remix and was on that sdtk, not on this album)
Doggfather:
Snoop's upside ya head
(Vapors??? I don't remember)
Game is to be sold:
Still a G thang
Woof (I think)
Top Dogg:
Bitch Please
Snoopafella
Just Dippin (Low budget video of them on tour, came out late)
Da Last Meal:
What's my name Pt. 2 (The Timbaland shit)
Lay Low
Loosen Control
Wrong Idea (well it was under Bad Azz for the video)
Paid da cost:
Beautiful
From da chuuuch to da palace
Rhythm & Gangsta:
Drop it like its hot
Let's get blown
(I think Signs is next)

So I'd say....
1. Gin and Juice
2. Drop it like it's hot
3. What's my name
4. Bitch Please
5. Doggy Dogg World
6. Beautiful
7. Still a G thang
8. Let's get blown
9. What's my name Pt. 2 (Timbaland)
10. Snoop's upside ya head

That's probably off...and I donno y, but for Snoop bein such a big star, it was kinda hard for me to name 4-10 even though he had a grip of songs. Some of the songs that got played on the radio the most like "Ain't no fun" didn't have videos, and songs like "Just dippin" only got radio play.

snoop has made some poor choices for singles.   he should have released "stoplight", "stacey adams", "balls of steel", "me & my doggz", "groupies", "2001"...etc.  instead of some of that shit that he has put out.

you may be missing "midnight love" from that list as that was sort of released.
