Pac meant that people like to say bad things about his name and say negative things about everything has ever done to improve himself. Basically they are hatin on him.

Pac was always sayin some deep shit about his life and dying suppose it adds to all these theories about his death which tbh now i dnt beleive in them and i think there all made up but just outta curiosity who does actually beleive in these so called theories surronding his death

It's from the Sway and Tech interview he did maybe 4 months before he died.  Portions of the interview are on the CD "In His Own Words".  When he said "dirty up my name" he just meant after all he's worked for to get a decent rep in the music indusrty, these fools want to try to tarnish it and talk bad about him and turn people against him.
