Need Help remembering a CD name...

...I remember seeing advertisements in The Source for it, somewhere between 1994-1996.  The album cover had 3 black chicks on the front on motorcycles.  I believe they had their shirts off and were covering themselves up, but I'm not sure....and the group was a number, like 6996, 6776 or something like that...
