yeah Phil has had great players throughout his coaching career but before Phil got to Chicago the Bulls never made it deep into the playoffs, Phil is what got 'em to 6 championships 2 3-peats and the NBA's all time best season record of 72-10 using the triangle offense and also having the GOAT MJ.  the same thing goes for Shaq, Kobe, and the Lakers.  In my opinion phil is one of the greatest to coach

Phil Jackson is no doubt a great coach who coached no doubt great teams with no doubt the most dominant players in the league (MJ, Shaq), and he who won 9 titles with them. He did his job very well. Props to him.
