He was one of only a few people with a limitless voice. I never heard the guy sing a note where it wasn't obvious that he could sing a full octave above it if he wanted to. He could sing stuff, and he never hit the limit of his voice. He could sing at any level with power, where other rockers would either have to shriek or scream a note, or would thin out at a certain level... he would still hit the note powerfully and confidently. Definately one of the greatest singers. By the way, I'm not even a Queen fan, just giving props where they're due.
