Rappages went out of business in the late 1990's. I believe it was around 1998-1999. Rapsheet is still around but hard to find these days. Bomb Hip Hop magazine out of San Francisco went out of business as well.Murder Dog magazine is the only one that showcases West Coast artists as well as others.Illtip and Ego Trip are two recent magazines that also went belly up so now that leaves it to the main ones,The Source and XXL.

Vibe can never be viewed as a "Hip Hop" magazine. It's a urban magazine version of Spin or Rolling Stones magazine or in Trenchtown's case, a adult version of Word Up magazine.
