^^ LoL, if M.O.P. signed to G-Unit, they would not be doing love songs, not have 50 on every hook, and none of that saluting 50 and screaming G-Unit like some sort of Game.. they're always doing shit on their own premises, of course Premo & DR Period would still produce..I don't mind seeing a M.O.P. feat. 50 Cent single if it can help them blow up and sell records..
dude im baning you mother over here in eu. but im not a white, brown, black, yellow etc. im your nightmare
JOME: Isnt this the same group that recorded two songs with LFO (the one that got released was admittedly tight, but still!!!) and also Posh Spice. Yet this group wouldnt sell out, right? Yet, you always get on Snoop for doing the same shit. Every famous rapper works with wack artists and "sell out" , and if MOP signed to G-Unit it would be no exception. Maybe not love songs, but don't expect Ante Up part 2......
thats what you thinkfirst single would have 50 singin on the hook, and majority of the songs would be love/club songs
Masta T, this is MOP we're talking about, the day MOP are doing RnB love songs is the day I stop listening to hiphop, that shit is never gonna happen. They said in an interview when they signed with Rocafella that just because they were signed to them didn't mean they were gonna be shouting out "The Roc" and making Roc signs in all their videos, and have Just Blaze and Kanye produce their whole album. Therefore, why would signing with G Unit have any effect on them, it ain't like they suddenly gonna be doing the G-Unit stutter shit or anything like that, and they still gonna have Premier, DR Period, etc producing on the album and Teflon making guest appearances. I don't think they would sign the deal if it was gonna be any other way.
What's the difference between Posh Spice singing the chorus, or some other singer like e.g. Lil Mo, Ashanti, Truth Hurts, Latoiya Willams ?
I dunno...I reckon that performing the G-G-G-G-G-Unit chant is actually part of the contract when you sign to the label. That, and your first single will feature 50 Cent as a means of promoting his own endeavours.
