Football player arrested for racism after game !!

Leandro Desabato of Argentinian Quilmes is handed the warrant of arrest by Police Inspector Oswaldo Goncalvez after the game.
Desabato called Grafite on the opposite team for "Black boy" in a incident that lead to Grafite pushing Desabato, leading to Grafites red card.
Police Inspector Oswaldo Goncalvez heard Grafites interviews after the game, and decided to arrest Desabato, "In Brazil, such comments is illegal" he said.

I think that a well educated populace who can recognize and roundly dismiss shit like this is much better than government regulation.
