Memphis Bleek Cuffed For Attack On Busboy
Thursday - April 28, 2005

Memphis Bleek and another man were arrested after allegedly assaulting a busboy at a Manhattan nightclub early this morning.

The victim, a 23-year-old busboy, told the authorities that the beating took place after he stepped inside club NV's VIP room to clean off a table Thursday morning. The busboy claims that Bleek aka Malik Cox and Ravelle Talik Smith punched him in the face and head and knocked his tooth out.

Police cuffed Bleek, 25, who resides in Monroe, N.J. and Smith, 26, of Queens at about 1:50 a.m. after the victim pointed them out as they were leaving through one of the venue's side doors.

Bleek and Smith were awaiting arraignment on misdemeanor assault charges this morning. Further details have yet to surface.
