Hell no to both statements!!!

Naw man... Signs just has the purpose of getting Snoop "upside the heads" of these kids who watch MTV all day. It does very well for that purpose, it's a nice pop song. A bit corny but catchy and effective. However, Ups And Downs is a whole different type of song... There's no way thats going to be a hit in the pop audience, and most of the rap fans hate it too. Who is he actually trying to reach out to with that song?
