We just learned about this in my Spanish class... the Fandango is / was a dance popular in Spain kinda like the Flamenco... they dont really dance it in clubs, its a traditional/cultural dance... i actually brought the song into class and played it and my teacher was like "They don't dance the fandango to this type of music"  ::) of course she said it in castellano ;D
