If you're drunk, and you read the title, it comes off as really confusing.  "Fidel Castro Refuses To Give Up Ass" but I can't figure out what a Shakur is. 

Suffice:
Fidel has a lot of balls to keep standing up to the U.S. since USSR broke up. I got mad respect for him, even though his economic sense may be slightly below average.
