Ms. Roq To Appear On Mike Murphy's Debut LP (Audio Inside)

You should remember that line coming from Ms. Roq, the hardest female rapper since The Lady of Rage. So whatever happened to her? A question I get asked a lot. Ms. Roq created a nice buzz thanks to her ill delivery on Dr. Dre's "2001" album, but she seemed to have disappeared like a sick animal searching for a place to die.

Roq will be making her return on a song on singer Mike Murphy's debut album entitled "II Chance". She's droppin a verse on the Remix to his single "Tap That", a blend of R&B and rhythm destined for multi format airplay. It's good to hear from Ms. Roq again, but this here is different than what people would expect from the Cali female MC. In my personal opinion, I'd rather hear her spit some drive-by killer shit like she did on "Let's Get High" or "Murder Ink", than something like this slow jam here.
