west is on tha verge of blowin up. within tha next 2 years tha west will be fighting for tha top spot again. This same dry spell happened to tha east in tha early 90''s

half of these project won't come out this year i think , maybe early 2003, so i go with the person who said that next year or in two years, the west will be doing some good moves
