i mean he doesnt even have beef with someone? and everybody's fearing his skills

he only has "beef" with 50... but thats no real beef... its just 50 being an idiot

someone said 50 is the most respected... how can that be if he's beefing with ppl that made collabos with his enemies... most ppl think hes a great business-man - he knew how to sell himself, but beyond that he doesnt get that much "respect"

snoop? a lotta ppl think hes a sell-out, even in the industry... and in general: a lotta fans dont respect him anymore, so it cant be him...
dogg pound: daz is talking shit all the time, nobody knows anymore when to trust him and when not - kurupt and daz' beef was a joke... the disses they made...
hova: his last albums took the respect off from him

dre: not considered as a rapper, and when considered as a rapper: no respect at all
lil jon: i dont think the whole industry likes crunk... so most probably not that much respect
krs one: when you compare him to scarface or rakim... i dont think theyre on the same level

what about ice cube?
when xxx2 came out i heard a lotta ppl in the industry saying that it's amzing that he's musically (OST) still on top, even though he might not be used to rapping anymore, but still is better then most of his colleagues
plus ice cube as a person achieved A LOT in his life and i think most ppl respect him as far as like "damn, i have to achieve that too" - it's like he's setting the standards

I guess the most respected still active rapper has to be Nas.

I'd choose between Rakim, Face, and Chuck D. It's a tough choice but I'd have to go with Rakim, I think he has the most respect from heads overall. My personal choice would be Chuck D, I grew up admiring the dude.
