btw, anybody has a shot to win it....shit, no one picked Detroit last year. The Spurs IMO are definetely the best all around team here still tho. I mean, defensively AND offensively. Detroits D is maybe just as good as ours...but i think our offense is much stronger. Miami's offense if really good, but our D is much stronger. Id rather play the Heat, only cus i think the series will be more "exciting". The Wade/Bowen matchup would be huge in that series. On the other hand, it would be nice if we could beat last years champion (the team that dominated the Lakers in the finals)  ;). Either way, should be interesting. I actually agree with NIK here tho, Detroit might be a tougher matchup for us then Miami. Mainly one reason IMO, Ben Wallace. The Heat have NO one who can guard Duncan. Ben Wallace is a tough defender on basically anyone, plus he's hard to keep off the glass.

I really hoped the Suns would go all the way, and I hate the Spurs, they're such a boring team to watch.  I think Detroit has a good chance of beating them, but I think the Heat will lose to them.

Damn this sucks for the Heat.. Im 90% sure they woulda won the series if Wade hadnt been injured  :-X
Cause I don't care where I belong no more
What we share or not I will ignore
And I won't waste my time fitting in
Cause I don't think contrast is a sin
No, it's not a sin

boring to an AVERAGE fan who doesnt really appreciate basketball and is probably better off just watching highlights, then actually sit through a real game.

Yea right excuses... excuses my ass - take Duncan off the Spurs and it is even again. Or both Wallaces off the Pistons.. and that wouldnt even make the loss even lol. Fact is, Game 6 was a freewin for the Pistons, so will be any game for any team any time in these playoffs if Wade doesnt recover. I feel so bad for them since they did such a 1-2 years own and then start to suck - trade and really have to win this year, and then a few games before the seasons ends this happens.

Hope to see Spurs vs Pistons , the matchups are just crazy : Parker-Billups, Bowen-Hamilton, Ginobili-Prince , R Wallace vs Duncan (Duncan doesn't like to play vs the Sheed). Plus Miami has no chance with Shaq on this poor level

thats not what im sayin. Obviously with Wade out the Heats chances are far more slim then before. Im sayin, before we even know if theyll reach the finals....people will find ways to make excuses. Its kind of a way to guarentee victory. Lose and, "well....Wade wasnt healthy". Win and, "We won even with Wade not at 100%". You see? Besides, most people only do this when their outmatched to begin with.

LOL@blaming it on Wade's injury...Heat woulda' lost regardless, Detroit's the real deal...But they're still losing to the Spurs, ya'll will see...I predicted this when the playoffs first started...The Heat have way too many underachievers to be a championship caliber team...They have that 1-2 punch of Shaq and Wade, but if last years Lakers didn't take it all, there's no way this years Heat can take it all while relying on an injured, out of shape, declining center and a young, inexperienced, and now injured guard...I'm not saying this years combo of Wade and Shaq ain't good, but if you believe this combo can achieve more than the Kobe and Shaq combo, then you're fuckin' nuts...Spurs, Pistons (championship teams) > Heat, Suns (good teams).
