in the national team, in amsterdam and in london he has always played great. apparantly italy was not his thing at all, but that doesn't mean he's not "in a top-whatever" ;)

Van Der Sar is still a good & has been for about the past 10 years, IMO he is still in the 10 GK's in the world
Just because he never had a great time at Juve doesn't make him a poor keeper, quite a few players have had a poor time in Serie A like Bergkamp & Henry but done well elsewhere
Waterhaus ain't a bad keeper, infact at the moment he's one of the best in the SPL ;) and he's got a winners medal for this season :P
