Did “In the Club” sample Stevie Wonder’s “Take the Time Out”??

Yeah see I don’t know enough about the production side to say definitively, but at least you did notice it too..

Is that a particular instrument on the keys that’s making that iconic “Thump” that makes in the club bang?  Because if it is how come it’s not used on more tracks?  It’s a great sound, what does Dre just know a sound nobody else seems to know how to produce in the studio except Stevie Wonder?  Are you aware of any tracks that have that same instrument/key note? 

Sorry, these are probably dumb questions because I don’t know enough about how to describe what I’m hearing but maybe Sccit or someone can enlighten me. 

Because when that note hits in Stevie’s song it’s big time uplifting, they even used it for an American Express Card Super Bowl Commercial to “Charge Against Hunger” and then when that same sound hits in 50’s album it adds so much intensity to the track and catapulted the guy to #1
