Yeah its a work which is why when people shoot on each other it gathers interest. JBL has done this before & he's came of 2nd best before, yeah Blue Meanie sucks and deserves to be slapped around, but JBL knows that meanie ain't a tough guy & that he'd get away with it, if he tried to slap around some other ECW guys he wouldn't have been so lucky he would have got a slapping himself, even if he tried it on with someone that Vince is a fan of, the WWE may even punish him in some sort of way, JBL thinks that he can't be touched he was let off when he did a Nazi salute & goose stepped around the ring in Berlin, so he thinks that he's the HHH of Smackdown

That ain't what is getting said, imo the heat on JBL is because he took a cheap shot on someone that doesn't consider himself to be a 'tough guy' theres plenty of people that he could have tried to take a cheap shot at if he wanted a real fight, why didn't he try it on with some of the 'tougher' guys in the ring?
