How can you tell if the ball  completely crossed the plane?    There's no camera on the plane,  refs can't see shit from where they're at either. Judging from the replay angle   you can't really call it. Unless you're an Argie fan  :-* .

inconclusive IMO. u cant say for certain that the ball completely crosses the plane of the goalline
