You shouldnt take over all of it. It's like Indians killing every Buffolo or some shit. The other gangs are your food. You have to keep the balance. You gotta know how the streets works, gangsta! Show 'em you're the boss, but keep some of them alive.

Anybody know how you take over the territory at the boat school because there is no fucking gang members.

If you kinda walk right by the boat school and go round it there will be new people who spawn there you might be lucky and a gang will be in the middle of them.

nah fuck that and kill them all, the cash by your house builds up faster and into larger amounts with the more territory you own...
also the stat boosts will help you through out the game... you get pretty good with your guns and running by taking over territory
