The reason why some tracks are missing is Cause there was more than one version of the album, they had 3 of them.
One with songs like that Oh My God aka Nuthin has Changed, And tracks with Sticky Fingaz And Fredro Starr. The other one had those those you mentioned (got it locked, speak on it etc).
Even with different tracklists when the album was pressed.

And You may recall that website Snoops Dogg House, they had that 6 in da morning track in their audio archive since 98, but it was listed as a freestyle.
