Sure cuz your from LA, but take another look at it from a non Laker fan (or at least not a die hard fan) point of view.  Come out of you lil world where Shaq's a bitch and realize that with Shaq in a Lakers uniform this year, Lakers would have make the playoff.  Your Lakers are broke as fuck coz they trade the most dominant player in the game, and keep a great player (don't get me wrong I love Kobe and he is sick on the court) who can't win by himself even if he take 100 shots per game.  From your point of view I know nothin about BBall, but from mine I know enough to realize that the Lakers are loosing by far in this trade and that it will take very long to get back where they were with Shaq.

no it wont..last year was just a rebuilding year (Lakers version of rebuilding) we had no malone & vlade,Lamar was playing PF ,Rudy T is a bad coach,he still coach the way he did when he had Hakeem Olajuwon wich is why the rockets miss the playoffs 4 straigh years,rudy T Also has 2 teams in the top 3 in least TO forced,so he's just a bag coach.

Now we got phil back,the triangle offence is back we ran it the last 3 monts of the season last season so phil & tex will just put the icing on the cake..Lamar will play SF this up coming season & kwame will play PF,so we're straight for next season

we were cheering because he was still representing the lakers....he wanted to more money.....just answer this question and make sure u do...was he worth 30 million dollars...he basicaly gave us an ultimatum and the reason we came out bad in the trade was because shaq demanded to go to miami or he wouldnt waive his no trade clause in his contract....were supposed to be thankful for that??? last time i checked kobe played a major role in those championships...shaq couldnt hit his free throws so kobe had to save his ass....thats just a fact... im not saying shaq didnt get us those three championships of course he did and anyone to argue against that would be stupid, but ur asking us tobe nice to him after all the shit he did...he basically destroyed this franchise....if u remember after the lakers lost in the finals all he said was he was going to do what was best for him....its  like ur best friend....u guys kick it and shit and u have nice memories but then lets say u catch him in bed with ur mom or somethin....just cause he was nice to u before does that mean u have to like him now???he screwed u over....and it supposed to be okay???

What about Kobe holding the Lakers hostage with the whole "opting out" fiasco?

Shaq did a lot of fucked up shit, I admit. Some of the comments he made, demanding the extension, etc.

Bottom line is Shaq is 75% the reason we won 3 championships, you cannot deny that. Just look at the difference between us in 2004 and us last season. Then look how well Miami played. That right there speaks for itself.

Also, you can't deny that the ownership handled the situation as badly as possible. They had a big hand in how everything fell apart last summer.
