he done went gold before with whatcha gonna do it might have went platinum !!  and take a ride sold about 400,000 to 500,000 im pretty sure these dudes dont know what there talking about !!!!!

yeah I don't know for sure, but I would lean towards agreeing with this over the other statements.  He had Method Man, DMX, Ice Cube, Redman, WC on Whatcha Gonna Do, all real big names at the time.

He was on the Show OST, which just about everyone that appeared on that OST blew up.  I'm sure that gave him a lot of exposure back then, and that was before take a ride dropped.

dunno bout him goin plat, but I'm sure he has gone gold.

all those artists he had aint shit,....jayo didnt go gold.....i remember reading some shit about him on a mag. a year ago and he said that he never went gold....
