The newest tandem in Hollywood, Darnell Metayer and Josh Peters are making their Directorial debut with the documentary film West Coast Dynasty. Through the newly started film company Ignite Films, they are doing a documentary film about the West Coast rap scene and how it became a dynasty.

This film will be gritty and strictly West Coast. It will have all the big names on the West Coast past, present and future. Everyone from the West will be included and a soundtrack will accompany the film, from a major label. Also a Huge Name in Hip Hop who is a native of the West will be narrating this film. I can't reveal the name of this person at this time, but it's a very respected figure.

They are in negotiations with major studios right now for a nationwide Theatrical release for the film. Keeping the West Coast theme, they have enlisted some prominent Executives from two of the West Coast's most promising labels to be Producers on this film. That's J.C. from Dynasty Entertainment and G-Ride from Blackwallstreet.

They have already begun filming this project and you will get news and updates on it exclusively here at DubCNN. Darnell and Josh said they are doing this film to truley show all the stories about the West no one knows about. As well as all the people that contributed to making the West Coast rap scene the most influnteial music genre worldwide. Darnell and Josh are in negotiations about another film they wrote togther, starring 2 major rap stars. Lookout for the "Neptunes of Film" Darnell Metayer and Josh Peters.
