I remember seeing that match on one of them Coliseum Home Video releases. Classic, the first ever ladder match in the company's history. Shoulda been on PPV...
This is great news, I'm a huge fan of Bret from back in the day. I doubt he'll ever wrestle again, though. Shame.

I don´t know man... I don´t think Bret "sold out"... I think he rather was tired of having all those negative feelings in him... He went through a lot of shit.. from the deaths of family members to his stroke... I mean he can be lucky that he is still alive... He had his stroke while he was riding his motorbike and he could have been killed in that accident.. and I think that he knows that he should be lucky and sees things differently now... I think that I even read about it in columns by him... like what I said.. that he is tired of having all those negative feelings and that he wants to say good bye to his fans and put that McMahon beef behind him... As disturbing it is to look at this picture...
.. I think it makes Bret even a bigger man... So I´m looking forward to the DVD set which comes out in a few months and I´m glad that this is gonna be pro Bret.. cause who knows what that set would have looked like if Bret hadn´t agreed to work on it...
