you get caught stealing a car you go to jail right? nasty place..

you get caught stealing a car ON DRUGS you dont go to jail right... you go to rehab? (first at least)... less nasty place..

no i dont think so... cops have been after him for awhile he steals cars chronicly so im pretty sure he is going to jail.
