Just speculation, but maybe JD was dicking him around and gave him the masters to release the album on his own.

Seems the most likely explanation. As far as JD is concerned, Daz isn't even dropping this year - check the ''AllHipHop'' feature he did only a couple of weeks ago. The interviewer asked him about all of the forthcoming 'So So Def' releases and he named SunNY, Young Capone, and T. Waters. He also said something like Daz and Slim were ''waiting in the wings''.

I wouldn't take this ''3 Weeks'' remark too seriously. We all know Daz says some kerr-az-ay stuff in interviews. Plus, some promotion would almost certainly be in existance by now. As Addicted To Beef noted, this isn't DPG Recordz (well, maybe it is if its coming out this soon) - this is Virgin/So So Def.

my since apologies _EniGmA_ thats my bad, i had to rename the filename to a dubcnn one and i missed the tag as a genuine error not to elude who ripped it, i gave props to Lucien and i will add your name to that when i can...im changing the filename now - once again apologies
