Classic Example Of bad Govenence In Africa

The Niger President says his country is well fed and he has harrassed journalist who are reporting the food shortages. While the UN estimates that up to three million of Niger's 12 million population are suffering food shortages and 32,000 children need food aid soon or they could starve.
