First to "Bang on Wax"

Who was the first rapper to bang on wax. I thought it was CMW and MC Eiht reping CRIP but on Dollarz + Sense, Quik says he  was the first  back in the 1987 underground tapes when he was repping BLOOD?

there was prolly dozens of rappers claiming blood or crip on record before anyone had ever heard of CMW or Quik.
