When Princess Di, which hit me the hardest, died, I was just getting home from being out, and had the television on, and they came and interrupted the show, it was late at night I remember, I think about midnight u.s. time, or maybe 1 in the morning, I can't remember, which would place it real early morning in france.  (or was it spain?)  I never was a big princess di fan or anything, but she was a true, true humanitarian and it affected me to think that she was killed so early.  I remember getting goose bumps and a chill when I heard it.

I was in bed when I heard about her death, I think it was about 5 in the morning and I was woken by the radio still on from the night before (I often used to sleep with the radio on in the background) and it came on that she had been in a car accident in France and that they would update when they had more info. I didn't think she would die but then after a while they annouced that she was dead and I went down stairs to watch the news and I had sky news on for a couple of hours just watching the tributes and stuff and at about 9ish I went upstairs to tell my mother (who's a big admirer, she's met her and stuff a few times when she's visited Wales, as she was the Princess of Wales) but she didn't believe me. I think it hit my mother quite hard, I remember she shed a few tears in the kitchen that day.
Both 'Pac and Diana's deaths were tragic loses for the world. Alot of non hip-hop fans prolly wouldn't care to see much into 'Pac's death compared to Diana who did alot with charities and sick people but you can't deny the impact he has had on so many peoples lives, for the better and we should feel blessed that we still have his music. Diana was a very good person, alot of people take jabs at her for the affair and stuff but that to me showed that she was just human, she's a good role model and the good things she did overshadow the bad things by miles.

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.

First off, you cant be sitting "Behind the TV" and watching it at the same time unless your watching from a mirror...Second off The year was 2000 when you were in 7th grade, 2Pac died in 1996...Plus you just got cable like 4 months ago...

Well anyways, I was eating dinner with my family (It was Jewish holiday) and my uncle (who used too be a hip hop head) told me, and I was like WTF? I was thinking about how much it sucked...Ill never forget that day...

I was listening to the radio. I was in 10th grade, and back then I only listen to the radio, like I listen to 7 hours of radio a day not including car. But I was listing to Power, I was shocked for sure 'cause I thought he would live. Then I almost cried for the first time in years... almost.  :'(

I do not recall where I was. I wasn't exactly a hip-hop head in September '96.
