That's cool. This album is pretty tight. I've only heard it once all tha way through though. I barely bought it today.. Didnt' have enough time to pick it up yesterday. I'm glad and kind of releaved. I was expecting his shit to sound way different from tha shit he was sayin on interviews.. but to tell you tha truth, It's tha same'ol Quik IMO. It doesn't sound different.. just updated. On tha real.. I think I could have recognized those beats as Dj Quik material easily. This cd is another dope addition to tha 5 he already has. Fits in perfectly...

Has tha whole crew on it too... AMG, Suga Free, KK, Hi C, tha Debarges.. it's just dope too hear new material from them period.

Oh, Something that tripped me out.. check out tha last page on tha lil booklet. He has two of Hi C's old ass cd's  under "Coming Soon"... I wonder why he did that? Maybe he was under the influence when they designed the Booklet.

Incognito: My Cd Case lists 16 Tracks. But the cd only goes up to track 15. Track 15 is "Oh Well"... after that song is over.... it keeps going, it's blank, up till you hear to 8 minutes and 23 seconds. This song starts playin, I guess that's track 16, and also might be "Chopin's Groove"... I don't know though.

It's a decent album, but I was expecting to hear something better.  When I first heard this album was gonna be called "Safe N Sound 2", I thought it was gonna be the shit.  It's a shame; Quik said he regrets that album.  I think it's his best one.

Have you notice in the Thank You's, DJ Quik Appretiative of Dr. Dre:

Dr. Dre “you made it so I don’t have to work a regular job.  I’m appreciative”.

My Interpretation:
It’s been a while since Quik had a ‘Single – Release’ that’s basically burning up the charts (nationally) and it’s the 1st single off Truth’s Album and he appreciates Dre for that.  Also, this keeps the doors open for Quik to continue to work with Dre on future projects.  As for as Production, you know Dre is paying Top Dollars for the tracks.
