He is saying that things like this happen to often in hip-hop. How many times do u hear"there's been a shooying at a hip-hop party, "a rapper is wanted 4 murder", or "a rapper was killed today". And rappers flaunt these kinds of things. They say it's fucked up that so and so got shot when thats their whole image.
