Phil is good at this. But Kobe has never really played with a star this big, with a score first mentality as a major ballhandler also. Obviously the Shaq/Kobe thing....but Shaq could only opt to score first, if someone passed him the ball. Kobe could get frustrated when Spree sprints down the court and pulls up for that little 10 foot jumper on a 1 on 4 fast break lol. In other words...pulls a Kobe ;D
