Problems with picture

I got a gif picture on photopoint.com and I'm trying to get it on here and I do evrything it says on Profile but it won't come up
Any help?

make sure u check the check box when the piccy url is in there.. i keep forgetting that

otherwise.. msg and i'll sort it out
