Anyone catch the MOBO Awards highlights on BBC

They showed them Friday night on BBC 1, looked like it was for the most part a dope show. Lauryn Hill's performance was dreadful though, off time, it seemed not in key, and her voice kept breaking up, which was pretty sad to see. John Legend's performance was dope, as was the tribute to Luther Vandross. Good to see Public Enemy awarded too. Highlight of the night was definitely Damian, Julian & the other Marley son performing "Would You Be Loved" as part of acceptance of the "Icon" award for Bob Marley, had the whole venue rocking, & Damian's "Welcome to Jamrock" performance was also dope. Some of the winners of awards might have been a little strange, and most of hosts seemed to be people from reality TV shows, but in general I thought it was much better than any of the recent MTV awards, if only for the live performances, and it seemed as if more "underground" artists had a chance of winning awards. Here's a list of the winners,
Best album Lemar Time to Grow
Best hip-hop act Sway
Best jazz act Rhian Benson
Best R&B act John Legend
Best reggae act Damian Marley
Best single Lethal B, Pow (Forward)
Best UK club DJ Steve Sutherland
Best UK radio DJ Tim Westwood (Radio One)
Best UK newcomer Kano
Best video Snoop Dogg feat. Pharrell, Drop It Like It's Hot
Best world music act Daddy Yankee
UK act of the year Lemar
Best African act Youssou N'dour
Lifetime achievement award Bob Marley
Outstanding contribution to black music Public Enemy
