Since a couple of weeks I've started making my own beats, with this program Beatcraft. That works pretty well, but i wanna make my own melodies, loops and all that stuff. Does anyone know a good computerprogram for that kind of work??

Use Cubase or Reason for that kind of work...
You're drums sound real tight though. So I would recommend to get Cubase, import the drums and make melodies with MIDI with VSTinstruments. That's the best way to do it.

Yup....Reason 3.0 is great as long as you got yourself a decent midi controller......If you wanna load up some VST Cubase SX3 or Sonar are both good ways to go...

Man, i got Cubase, but it looks pretty complicated.. Oh well, gives me something to kill the time with! How long did it took you guys to get a bit familiar with it?

Cubase is in fact quite simple, it took me bout 3 days to get used to. I added you to msn, so you can hit me up if you got q's.
Oh, and to get cubase working well you gotta have a good soundcard with ASIO.
