Goddamn this is bothering me (song question)

I was just listening to "Pussy Sells" by Tha Eastsidaz, and there's this one part that goes on throughout the song, its a real funky bass thing, and I know I've heard it somewhere else before.  ITs in another song almost identically, and its pissing me off that I can't remember it.  Does anyone know?

i kno the bells part is from a Run DMC song.... but the bass.. fuck its on the tip of my tongue i just cant say it lol
