Ares users (help needed)

Everytime I want to search something on Ares it doesnt go through...Ive tried restarting my computer and everything but still doesnt work? Anyone know what is wrong???

Any help would be appreciated thanks...

Does it say <Online (online time goes here) > at the top?

nah it says <Connecting>, but its been like that the whole day....

Check your firewall settings or if you have an antivirus or something make sure it isnt blocking ares
