Its Hittman, but his voice sounds different. I guess Dre had him perform his vocals like that.

Towards the end, it sounds more like Hittman. Where he goes, "Bitches play this in they Benzes, Jeeps & Gio's..."

That's some creative shit to have him switch his voice style up and get people to think like that.
