why do you choose Phillips over Lo Duca in the first place?

why bring in Drew and make him the next Dreifort?

why Phillips instead of Choi?  maybe cuz Choi sucks, he hit 15 homers this year, 6 in 12 at bats  and he fuckin was just as shitty as Phillips in every aspect

I just can't believe you are a Dodger fan and actually like DePodesta...... once that fag came in and fucked over shit the year before (even though they won the division) you can't just come in and trade fan favorites and piss off fans cuz you think you're some kind of genius......... he's a shitty GM who looks at bogus stats to configure players and he's from the School of Billy Beane.... as in the school of making a team with a cheap payroll, looking at gay stats that don't matter, and also going to a school of a guy who's never gotten out of the first round of the fuckin playoffs

It's not Phillips over Lo Duca, phillips was just a bridge to the future.

Navarro Stats
273/354/375

Lo Duca's Stats
284/335/381

If we would have kept Lo Duca we would be having an aging 32 year old catching with declining stats.  His stats have declinded ever year since hes been in the leauge and there is no reason to see a change in that.  We have two amazing catchers that WILL outperform Lo Duca for the following years

Choi's Stats
255/338/456 for an OPS of .794

Phillip's Stats
236/285/362 for an OPS of .647

Not even close to beign the same.  One has the potential to break out or just put up solid numbers the other can jsut put up Ok numbers for a Catcher and little to no chance of breaking out.

The Risk with Drew is the same exact risk you would be taking in re signing Beltre.  Like I said, just by getting 100 games of Drew is more valueable damn a near to full season of Beltre.
