To post an image into a thread right-click on the image and select Properties from the menu. Highlight the Address (URL) and copy it, Ctrl + C. When you reply to a post click the Insert Image button directly below the Italics button and paste, Ctrl + V, the image address in between the image brackets.

In other words: place the url of  the picture between 2 img codes, like this:
