help with a song - samples beach boys

i heard this song on the radio the other day...the beat so tripped me out that i didn't even know who was rappin on it...i was just so focused on the beat...

the producer used a beach boys sample...from the song "good vibrations" - specifically, the first three seconds where Brian Wilson sings "ahhhhh"...

if anyone knows the name of the track and who's rappin on it, it would be really great...

does anybody know the name of the song?

I thought it was part of Kanye West's mix of College Dropout with the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds, but it's not (kanyewestsounds.com)...
