The Release of the Afroman

For years we’ve seen it on the back of album covers, t-shirts and music videos. Now, it’s a toy. So So Def’s Afroman (not to be confused with the artists of ”Because I Got High” fame) will hit store shelves.
According to a press release, the figurine was sculpted in Japan by Monster 5 (Mr. Cartoon, FAFI, Disney, Humanoids, Devilrobots, AD-AT.). Initially created as a gift for label head Jermaine Dupri to present to friends, family and international collaboraters, the doll will be made available on a limited basis to retail.
Look for Afroman in Dem Franchize Boyz latest video, “Oh I Think They Like Me.“
The figurine will also come with an exclusive So So Def mixtape.
Tracklisting:
Jagged Edge "Where The Party At"
Bone Crusher "Never Scared"
Xscape"Just kickin it"
Da Brat "Funkdafied"
JD feat Ludacris" Welcome to Atlanta"
JD feat Jay-Z "Money ain't a thing"
